Provides administrative support for a discipline department. Additionally, assists Project/Sr. Project Manager in general accounting procedures, project scheduling, documentation control and review, coordination of meetings and conferences, coordinates with other departments and outside agencies.
+ Assists PM/Sr. PM/Director with project, team and client communications (such as internal/external meeting agendas, minutes, logistics, etc.)
+ Assists in preparing project documents filing and archiving
+ Assists in the preparation and review of proposals, reports, agency submission packages, etc.
+ Coordinates travel schedules and reservations
+ Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies
Participates in activities such as Business Development tracking, Training Programs, Leadership Development, and other corporate initiatives
+ Assists other departments as needed
+ Assists in reception duties
+ Associate’s Degree preferred
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred
+ Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
+ Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
